who holds a first degree black belt in four martial arts(Karate, Judo, Aikido and Savate) from India.
Bryant also taught this martial arts yoga combination at several dojo's in Bombay, India. On his regular trips to India, Bryant continues to share his knowledge of the arts with a few Martial Arts
institutions in Bombay.
Learn kicks, punches, blocks, locks, releases, balancing exercises, speed drills,
a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Learn how ancient yoga masters
used their mind to channelize their bodies energy.
