 Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Alex Luber, RYT200
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Alex has been practicing alignment yoga since 2008 and has been with Bryant since 2009. Before his graduation from the Santosh Yoga 8month 200hour teacher training course Alex began his teaching career in March 2011 and aspires to dedicate as much of himself as possible to this practice.  Alex initially came to yoga as an exercise system but distinctly remembers his first day practicing with Bryant as a pivotal
point in his life. From then on he was completely magnetized to this practice as it is the complete embodiment of one of his favorite philosophical quotations, “The doer alone learneth”. Alex teaches a few of Santosh Yoga Corporate and School Programs.

Yoga at Santosh has helped Alex experience the pain and surrender that in his personal life has proven to be the gateway to joy, life, community, and real power. Off of the yoga mat Alex is finishing up a double major in Philosophy and Psychology at UW-Milwaukee and is beginning
plans for graduate studies in Psychology.

In his free time Alex is a big reader of philosophical books. Alex considers himself to be an indoors man and ventures outside only a moderate amount to down hill ski as well as stroll in the park
