Harjinder Sangha, Homemaker, Germantown, WI, USA April 2011 Since the onset of the spondylolisthesis at the L4-L5 vertebrae, I have been visiting the Chiropractor every day or at least every other. I was restricted from doing pretty much every thing. The slightest turns, bend, picking up any thing at all, even a few dishes. would pull the spine out of alignment. I was in pain every where. The fibromyalgia was just so flared up all the time. I was so sicken tired of it all. After my first 8-private sessions I have so much more strength, flexibility, and I'm able to do the things I had given up doing. For instance, I have not sat on the floor with my legs crossed for over a decade. This Sunday was the first of the year for us. So on Sunday I made my first attempt in years to sit on the floor along with every one else. I thanked God for such a blessing. It's some thing I have been praying for and yearning to do for years. After the very first lesson I felt so good and I was not out of alignment as per Chiropractic term. I canceled my appointment with the chiropractor, and I have not had to see him since. I’m just so thankful and shocked. I have been seeing this chiropractor for years, and he is a good one, but now it was not working for the slondylolisthesis at all, even after six months. Even though the spondylolisthesis. is still the same (standing or walking time of just 5-7 min.), but I can do every thing else 100 times better, so much happier and have hope for life. I don’t feel sick any more. Thank you Bryant With absolutely sincere thanks Robert Clark, Wauwatosa, WI, - Feb 2011 I tore my ACL in 2003 playing basketball due to an extra 45 pounds on my body since being in high school just three years earlier. I had reconstructive surgery in 2004 to repair my knee, but it was never truly the same. I could not feel confidence in my knee on any level. I have done some yoga in my life. I enjoy it and knew it could be beneficial if I could find the right teacher. So after I had hurt my knee in October I decided to call Bryant because a good friend of mine told me of his uncle, who was told by western medicine that only surgery could help him. He went to Bryant and is almost pain free. I figured I was in a similar situation and had nothing to lose. So here I am about five weeks later with private classes and I feel great. My right leg is the strongest it has felt since I was a kid. This yoga is so different and challenging compared to what I have experienced. I currently have no pain and feel my leg and whole body getting stronger. An added benefit I also experienced was happiness. I would say I was mildly depressed before coming to Bryant. I can only tell you to try it for yourself and find out what could use a little balance in your body and in your life. Teresa Herbst, Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Urology, WI, USA - March 2011 After 2.5 yrs of 5 doctors, 5 different diagnosis, 4 tests and 2 separate sessions with the hospital's physical therapists I was told that the best I could hope for was a pain level 3 in my leg for the rest of my lift. I am 57 and that was not an option, I am too young. I knew of Bryant from a co-worker and contacted him with my issue. He told me he felt he could help, what did I have to lose. I am not exaggerating when I say the day after my first session my pain level was no more than a 1 and has not gone any higher than a level 1 since.
