KRIPATM Foundation Iyengar Yoga

Bridging the gap between eastern practices and western modalities

We have brought to the West the Kripa TM  Foundation Iyengar Yoga model of recovery for those afflicted by drugs, alcohol
and HIV/AIDS : kripaus.org
The Kripa TM Foundation Iyengar Yoga model of recovery  has been blessed with the inspiration of Mother Teresa and wisdom and teachings
of Fr.Joe Pereira and  his Guruji B.K.S Iyengar for AODA afflicted people.

Our program  gently integrates your body, enhances a stillness of the mind, expands the  consciousness of your inner-being
and roots you in the 'here and now'. This yoga progam is precisely designed with a very strong
rehabilitative focus of meditation, powerful breathing techniques, focus, alignment and balance in body posture.

Whether you have back pain, extreme fatigue, knee pain, anxiety or depression or any other physical, physiological,
or mental problem you will benefit from training with us. The uniqueness of our teaching methodology and specially
designed yoga protocol makes it easy for anyone at any age to practice our Kripa TM Foundation  Iyengar Yoga model of recovery.
