Yoga In The Workplace

Our program allows employees the opportunity to practice Santosh Yoga’s

trademarked “Stretch and Relax with Yoga.” We use specialized techniques to

help employees de-stress and be at ease. This has been proven to enhance

productivity and employee well-being. Everybody wins when yoga comes to the

workplace. We began offering our program at the workplace on a request from

our students who practiced at our studio and felt this program would help employees

releive stress of the day and become more productive.

 It is not necessary to even change your work clothes for this program, although pants are preferable.
