Makeup, Refund & Cancellation Policy
AGREEMENT OF RELEASE and WAIVER OF LIABILITY, REFUND POLICY:
• I understand and acknowledge that the Yoga Class, I will participate in at Santosh Yoga LLC contain risks inherent to the activity. I voluntarily
participate in the yoga instruction at Santosh Yoga LLC and agree to assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown,
which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga program or other related yoga programs offered by Santosh Yoga.
• I understand that is my responsibility to consult with my health care practitioner prior to and regarding my participation in yoga classes, workshops,
retreats – locally or internationally or other yoga related programs offered by Santosh Yoga LLC. I release Santosh Yoga LLC and his instructors, as well as their agents, tenants, managers, employees, and other students from liability, and hold them harmless for any injury to my person, and damage or loss to my property incurred while on its respective premises rented by Santosh Yoga LLC, whether caused in or out of class, by negligence or otherwise.
• I hereby represent and warrant that there are no physical limitations or conditions which would in any way affect my participation, nor are there any medical precautions which I must observe as a contingency to my participation in the Yoga Program. Should I become aware of any such conditions or physical limitations subsequent to the date of this Participation Release;
I will immediately notify the yoga instructor in writing of such conditions or physical limitation.
• I know that yoga requires alignment of the body and that yoga teachers often adjust students to help them get the poses more accurately. By signing below I consent to such touch and adjustment. If I do not want to be touched, I will clarify that fact in a signed writing and hand it to the instructor whose classes I attend, prior to the commencement of class.
Group classes, Retreats, Workshops, Private Classes, Accessories purchase Class Refund & Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your class within the first seven days of purchase prior to class one of the module and receive the balance of your payment.
- After class one, no refunds will be permitted.
- Transfer to other modules within the institution will have a $10 charge.
- No transfers to other yoga programs in other locations are permitted without approval of the instructor.
Class Makeup Policy
- You are encouraged to attend the module that you sign up for. There is no guarantee of providing a make-up class if you miss any class during a
module you are registered for. Please note this applies to a class(s) only if its capacity.
- Missed classes or modules cannot be carried over to successive modules. All makeup classes have to be completed in the current
module you missed your class in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please email or call well in advance to see for space availability if trying to do a makeup, as many of our programs are at max capacity.
- Makeup classes are allowed only for the same level or lower level of class. This is due to safety and intensity of class in higher levels of class.
- You may makeup a maximum of three classes in the current module that you are registered for.
Retreats and Workshops - Please follow guidelines of individually posted refund policy on retreats and workshops.
- Typically after the early bird special deadline, you will receive a refund only if your space can be filled up.
- For all international retreats, please have make sure your medical insurance covers you in the country you are taking your retreat in.
- International and national retreats do not include the cost of travel, personal expenses, miscellaneous travel and shopping. Please make your
own travel arrangements and check visa requirements for that country.
- Any person who signs up their name for a workshop/retreat conducted by Santosh Yoga LLC or KripaUS Inc.
is subject to filling the Waiver of Release form.
- Current students of our programs do not need to fill the waiver as they have already done so when enrolling for group classes. For international
retreats there will be additional waiver or information that will have be be filled in the country the retreat is conducted.
Accessory refund policy:
All accessories have to be picked up from one of our class location centresNo refunds of purchased items will be made 21 days after any accessory is purchased
If accessory purchased is returned within the 21 day periord from day of purchase
in a damaged, or non resaleable condition 50% will be charged for returned item
Private classes Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellations of our 8-pack private or therapeutic program has to be made prior to start of session 1,
after session 1 - see individual 8-pack private: general or therapeutic program guideliness refund policy
(this is typically e-mailed to the individual person).
- all participants doing our 8-pack therapeutic private focus sessions have to complete all sessions within a period of 6 months from the start of
session 1, or else they will forfeit any balance sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS.
