Real Yoga can only be learned when we discipline ourselves. The paradox of yoga is 'only

through control can we gain the freedom we seek' -  Bryant Mascarenhas

We provide walk in/guest classes/out-of-towner on a one-time basis for a student to get a feel of the program they

may want to register for. We do not have a free-for all walkin in, pay as you go system.

Our system and teachers are serious, our

work is intense but joyous, we adhere to the discipline and authencity of our yoga heritage and maintain a very high

standard setup by our Indian Yoga Lineage.

Our classes’ emphasize alignment of the musculo-skeletal system with breath manipulation and inner awareness.
We work to penetrate koshas (layers of life) to develop the whole person.

The length of hold on asana varies with the level of the class and the individual capacity of the practitioner.
We provide several levels of modifications if you have back-pain, knee problems, neck problems, tight quadriceps
and ankles, and headaches, to mention a few concerns you may or may not have.
Additional if you have any of these serious concerns feel free to look at our therapeutic

If you do not have a foundation in alignment based yoga practice, you should consider joining one of our
Absolute Beginner to  Beginner  or  Beginner to Adv. Beginner-1 classes.

Note: Recommendation for your practice times below, but  keep in mind your family always comes first before yoga.
Asana(posture) is but a way for  you to understand yourself better.
"I hear students saying all the time, or I will eventually get there. Oh! I have to get into shape and then I will
start. Oh! I will get good at this."

"Yoga cares about the shape of your life, not the looks of your body
This pressure to look a certain way has been imposed by society, the media, even our families ." Bryant Mascarenhas
